Val’s Granola

cups Quaker Oatmeal
½
cup wheat germ
½
cup sunflower seeds (not roasted)
¼
cup flax seeds (optional)
¾
cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or sliced
almonds)
½
– 1 cup unsweetened coconut
Mix all together in a large mixing bowl.

In
a small pan mix together and heat until sugar
melts:
½ cup oil
½
- ¾ cup brown sugar
¼
cup honey
1
tsp vanilla
Sprinkle
of cinnamon (optional)
Add
to dry ingredients and mix well. |
